Enrolling in the Clinical Study

Step 1: To find out if this study may be right for you, answer the following initial screening questions.

Questions: Yes No
Are you at least 21 years of age?
Have you been to the emergency room or stayed in the hospital in the last 12 months for heart failure?
Have medications for heart failure been injected into your veins in the last 12 months?
Do you frequently have a blood pressure reading where your top number is 130 or higher?

Are you currently taking two or more drugs for your heart failure or to lower your blood pressure?

 

Step 2: To participate in the study patients must meet a specific set of criteria. If your answers to the above questions match the criteria, you will be asked to provide us with contact information.

Step 3: If steps 1 and 2 have been completed, a patient-screening specialist will call you and ask you more questions.
